Site Superintendent’s are responsible for the project site to which they are assigned. The Superintendent needs to ensure conformance with our Health and Safety Policy, OHSA, the project schedule, plans, specification and addenda.
The Superintendent reports to and works closely with the Project Manager. Quality Control and safety are paramount on our projects. The Superintendent must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Must be proficient with all methods, tools and equipment used in carpentry and well-versed in drawings/blueprints interpretation.

All labourers must be safety conscious with WHMIS training and basic first aid training.
Labourers must be honest, conscientious, loyal and reliable. Basic tool handling is a requirement.
In general, labourers perform minor demolition, material control, traffic control, clean-up and assistance to trades and others as required.
